Why Am I not Able to eFile?

There are at least two possible reasons that you cannot eFile even though you have been "registered" to eFile:
  1. You will not be able to eFile until you reply to the Confirmation email you receive, which also provides you with a temporary password. If you do not remember seeing that email, ask your Firm eFiling Administrator to resend it to you.
  2. You must be assigned a role of Filer by your firm administrator before you can submit filings. Ask a firm eFiling administrator to assign you this role. After that is done, the next time you login you will be able to eFile.
If you do not have a password, number 1 above is most likely the reason.

If you do have a password, number 2 above is most likely the reason.
