Set Up Payment Accounts for Each Attorney

If your firm does not have a firm account, the next best choice is to set up a payment account for each attorney. When creating a case, simply assign to that case the payment account for the attorney of record for the case.

Your staff and eFiling admins will be able to run a credit card billing report at any time for any payment account.

An Administrator will have to set up the Payment Accounts for the attorney(s). If desired, you can assign a role of Admin to each attorney to enable each one to set up the Payment Account.
