After five Failed unsuccessful attempts to log in to the system, eFileManager "locks".
There are four options for you to gain access to you account.
- You can unlock your account by using the Forgot Password and reset your password yourself if a security question is associated with your account, or
- Contact your Firm Administrator to reset your password, or
- Call FileTime Customer Support at (800) 658-1233 and we can reset your password for you.
