How can I unlock my account?

After five Failed unsuccessful attempts to log in to the system, eFileManager "locks". 

There are four options for you to gain access to you account. 

  1. You can unlock your account by using the Forgot Password  and reset your password yourself if a security question is associated with your account, or
  2. Contact your Firm Administrator to reset your password, or
  3. Call FileTime Customer Support at (800) 658-1233 and we can reset your password for you.
