When I try to register, the system tells me my email is already in use, what should I do?

This means your email address is already associated with a registration for you in the eFileManager system. You, or someone else, has already registered you.

First, try using the Forgot Password feature in the login area to reset your password. If there is a security question associated with your registration and you get that correct, you can reset your password and get started eFiling.

If that does not work, check with your eFiling firm administrator and see if he/she can find your name as a registered firm user and reset your password for you.
