Can I delete a payment account?

Yes, an eFiling Firm Administrator can delete Payment Accounts. Perform the following steps to delete firm payment accounts:

  • Click ADMIN on the top navigation bar.
  • Select Payment Accounts on the sub-navigation bar.
  • In the row of the Payment Account your want to delete, click the Delete button.
  • Click OK on the pop up to confirm the deletion of the account.
If you are replacing a payment account, you will have to add the new credit/debit card before deleting the old, as the system requires you have atleast one card on file.
