Question: I forgot my password. Can you help me?
Answer: Here is what you need to do...
- From the log in page, click on “Forgot your password?” You’ll get an email at the email address of your account. If you don’t get an email, check your spam or junk mail folder.
- You will quickly receive an email from eFileManager containing a temporary password.
- Use your email address and temporary password to log into your FileTime account.
- Be sure to reset your password after you login.
If you have no security question you were registered by a firm eFiling manager and he/she was not able to create a security question for you. eFileManager will have to manually reset your password for you. Use the options below to have eFileManager do so.
If these tips don’t work:
