Answer: FileTime cannot refund any fees because we are not involved in the billing process at all. Since there were no court fees in this submission the only fees to be refunded are those collected by eFileManager.
We contacted the eFileManager customer support team and asked them to have the fees refunded to your account. They will contact their accounting team who will, in turn contact the jurisdiction accounting team to ascertain that this is an indigent case and that the fees should be refunded.
When the eFileManager accounting team receives confirmation that this is an indigent case they will refund your fees.
We cannot tell you how long the process will take.
