Question: I just created a payment account and then tried to efile. My payment account is not displaying. Help.
Answer: You undoubtedly created a payment account with an American Express Card and many jurisdictions do not accept American Express. For that reason we do not display a Payment Account for an American Express card when you have selected to eFile into a jurisdiction that does not accept them.
If you have only one payment account set up (American Express) and the jurisdiction into which you are eFiling does not accept AmEx, you will see no payment accounts displayed.
If your firm account has two payment accounts set up (American Express and VISA, for instance) and you are filing into a jurisdiction that does not accept AmEx, you will see only the VISA-based payment account.
