Question: We have received Service Undeliverable messages but the email addresses are valid. Is there anything going on with the eFiling system?
Answer: If an email address is valid there are a number of reasons that the email may not be deliverable. The most common ones that we are aware of include:
- The recipient's mail box is full and will not accept any more emails,
- The recipient has added one of those spam filter things in which you have to manually reply to a bounce-back email from the recipient, and
- The firm has recently changed their URL to their firm-wide email addresses and the old domain (mir.com for example is no longer valid.
